Rules & Regulation

General Discipline

  • Each student should carry the almanac to school with his/her photograph and identification information completed and signed by his/her parents.
  • No students should damage any school furniture or write anything on the walls or furniture, or else will be fined accordingly.

  • The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to school. Kindly label all the belonging clearly.
  • It is compulsory for every student to speak in English on the school campus and also in the school bus.
  • Identity cards should be worn daily otherwise the student will not be allowed to enter the school.
  • Good manners, habits of obedience and order, neatness in person and dress and punctuality are required are at all the times.
  • During work hours, orders and silence be maintained while around the premises. Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is not allowed.
  • Students will not allowed to enter the school premises before 8.45 AM, unless specified by the school authorities.
  • If the student is absent for more than three days, the Head of the school must be uniformed in writing along with a doctor's certificate.

  • Children are not allowed to apply nail polish, mehendi or tattoos or wear any jewellery when attending school.
  • Chewing of gum is prohibited in the school premises.
  • Attendance and Leaves

  • Attendance in school during term is compulsory.
  • Absence for more than three days after the school reopens will call for strict disciplinary.
  • Student must be punctual for class lesson and school activities.
  • Students absence without valid reason will not be condoned and child will not be sent home for any reason.
  • A letter from parent/guardian should be submitted to the class teacher in case of any absence.
  • No student should be absent for examination or test except prevented by reason of health, in which case a medical certificate is to submitted on the day child resume.
  • Academic Information

  • Attendance in school during term is compulsory.
  • Promotion and detention once decided will not be reconsidered. The decision of the Principal and the Examination Committee is final with regard to this.
  • No re-examination will be allowed for students who are absent for any subject. The same rule applies to pupils in case of illness. Consolidated mark will be given at the end of the session.
  • Progress reports are skill based and prepared on basis of continuous observations, which take into account classroom performance, interest shown in the subject, project work, presentations and regularity in work.

  • Transport

  • Students can avail the school transport subject to the availability of seats. The school buses have fixed routes and the parents should consult the school transport-in-charge for necessary details.
  • All Students using the school transport are expected to be on the same side of the road at the bus stop at least five to seven minutes before the arrival of the bus.
  • The buses will not wait for late corners.
  • No student will be allowed to travel standing on the foot board.
  • In case of a change in address or phone number the school office along with the transport-in charge should be informed a month in advance.
  • Strict discipline should be maintained in the buses, failing which transport facility will be terminated.
  • It is responsibility of the parents to pick up their ward from the allotted bus stop, failing which the child will be bought back to school.
  • Parents are required to note that will vans are operated by private agencies.
  • The school will not be responsible for any issue pertaining to van service. Fee for Transport has to be paid for 3 months to school.
  • Uniform

  • Uniform should be clean and well ironed daily.
  • Shoes and socks should be clean.
  • Personal hygiene and cleanliness must be maintained.
  • Any kind of coloring of there is not permitted.
  • Nails should be cut short weekly. No nail paint allowed.
  • PT uniform must wear on Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Regulations for parents

  • Parents are not permitted to meet students or interview teachers during school hours, without the prior written permission of the Head of the school.
  • Parents must make it a point to go trough their child's Almanac regularly.
  • Parents should personally see that their child come to school in proper prescribed uniform on all the days of the week.
  • Parents should check that their child carries the books according to the time table regularly.
  • Parents should check and sign almanac daily.
